What\'s the difference between the canes of today and those from 2000 years ago? Not much. So we asked ourselves, \"In today\'s age of technology and science, can\'t we come up with a better cane?\" And that\'s exactly what we set out to do. We studied the physics of physiology and the science of stability. We looked at prosthetic limbs, robotics and emerging materials. We talked to family, friends and experts about the challenges of limited mobility.
