They have created a culture of unmatched customer service and a tight-knit group of employees, some of whom have been with the company more than a decade. In addition, Joanne and Charles have continued to seek new designers, supporting their development and growth, while cultivating long-standing relationships with existing designers over time. In 2016, Joanne and Charles’ daughter Alysa Teichman joined Ylang 23 as the VP, Business Development after receiving her MBA at NYU’s Stern School of Business. Alysa, who previously worked at Ylang 23 twice, looks forward to growing Ylang 23’s footprint while breathing new life into the company as the next generation.
