About Eds Easy Diner Store

The first Eds Easy Diner was opened by Barry Margolis in Londons Soho in 1987.1 In 2008 there were just three diners all situated in London. As of April 2014 Ed s Easy Diner had 24 outlets and by September 2016 they had 59.1 In October 2016 the struggling company which was hit by poor sales and suffered from over expansion was purchased by Boparan Restaurant Holdings which owns Giraffe Restaurants after it collapsed into administration.
